The White Rose Group is the Yorkshire based area group supporting the Ffestiniog Railway. The group holds regular monthly meetings in Leeds and promotes the railway in the Yorkshire region, attending local model shows and other events. The group holds regular working parties at the railway which usually support the permanent way department. The group also works with the operating department providing footplate crew and with the building services team.
Meetings take place each month and start at 19:30. A collection is made towards the cost of the room and speaker expenses. A donation of £5 is suggested.

The group meets monthly in Leeds, from September to April, on the third Thursday of the month (NB.second Thursday December 2018), in the Pullman room at the Cosmopolitan Hotel,LS1 4AE, corner of Lower Briggate and Swinegate. Meetings commence promptly at 7.30pm, and finish by 9.30pm. A contribution of £5 will be taken to defray the room hire charge.
