Minffordd Hostel
Most volunteers stay in the purpose built Minffordd Hostel – it is situated close to both the FR and National Railway (Transport for Wales) stations.
Minffordd hostel is the best accommodation available on the railway, and we would like to wager that it is certainly in the premier league of volunteer accommodation on preserved railways. The Ffestiniog: best Railway, best accommodation!

Situated as part of Penrhyn Station, Penrhyn Hostel is generally suitable for visiting groups.

The volunteers’ campsite offers basic facilties onsite next to both Minffordd Yard and Minffordd Hostel.
