Gloucestershire Area Group

The Gloucestershire Area Group has existed for many decades and is an enthusiastic group dedicated to the Ffestiniog Railway and supporting it back in the Glocs area.

18th January 2019
Ian Rudd “Railway Operations in the USA”. Ian has travelled widely in the United States, photographing and filming many aspects of current operations, both modern freight and the booming heritage railway lines.

8th March 2019
Due to Chris Jones requesting the April slot, our AGM will be moved to the March meeting. And, following our (hopefully) brief outbreak of Democracy, we shall follow up with the traditional Members’ Slides.

Parmoor House, 13 Lypiatt Terrace, Lypiatt Road, Cheltenham, GL50 2SX. Map link »

The venue is just up the road from Montpellier and the Gordon Lamp. The meetings start at 19.30, and refreshments will be available during the interval. Parking is in the street outside, but can get busy! Do not park on the house forecourt as this is private.
