On the 24th December 1954, the Ffestiniog Railway Society Ltd was incorporated at Companies’ House.
The Society is really looking forward to 2025 and there are some very special events being planned (more information in your Winter Magazine, which should have dropped on your door stop).
Key dates for your Diary:
3rd & 4th May AGM weekend – our special train will be K1 hauled and will be going to Beddgelert
20-22nd June – event for for the 70th Anniversary of the FR’s revival and also a celebration of Railway 200, the national celebration of the bicentenary of the opening of the Stocking & Darlington Railway in 1825.
