The Talyllyn Railway Company celebrated its 150 years of operation over the weekend of 4/5 July.
For the occasion, temporary lengths of two foot gauge track were laid at Tywyn’s Wharf Station, where Prince ran on one line, with the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway’s Russell on the next line.
With Prince newly varnished, it gave a great opportunity for photogenic lineups and comparisons with the Talyllyn Railway’s fleet.
